VMARK Vietnam Design Week 2026: Recreating The World Through Design

In June 2026, Ho Chi Minh City will once again become the epicenter of Southeast Asia’s creative dialogue as VMARK Vietnam Design Week returns with a bold new vision. Under the theme “DESIGNITY | Design . Recreating The World”, the seventh-year milestone signals not only celebration, but transformation - positioning Vietnam as an active force within the global design movement.

Taking place on June 9-10, 2026 at Thiskyhall Convention Center, the event expands beyond a traditional design week format. It unfolds as a multidimensional ecosystem where architecture, interior design, product innovation, and sustainable manufacturing converge with real estate developers, hospitality investors, and commercial enterprises.

DESIGNITY: An Exhibition as Ecosystem

At the heart of the week is the DESIGNITY Exhibition Ecosystem - a commercial and creative platform bringing together more than 300 leading brands and manufacturers from over 15 countries. The scale is ambitious, but its intent is precise: to create direct dialogue between 6,000 high-level professionals across design, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, and global commerce.

Rather than a conventional trade fair, DESIGNITY functions as a living laboratory of materials, technologies, and ideas shaping contemporary living. It reflects Vietnam’s growing confidence as both a manufacturing powerhouse and a design-forward nation.

VMARK International Design Summits: Where Ideas Shape Futures

Complementing the exhibition is the VMARK International Design Summits - a curated forum uniting Vietnamese creatives with international experts, investors, and the VMARK global jury. Over two days, conversations will revolve around three defining pillars: Regenerative Circular Living Spaces; Product & Furniture Design Innovation; F&B and Hospitality Design Futures

The discourse moves beyond aesthetics toward responsibility, examining how design can regenerate ecosystems, elevate human experience, and restore balance between urban expansion and environmental care.

The VMARK Design Award Gala 2026

The culmination of the week arrives with the VMARK Design Award Gala 2026 - a prestigious evening recognizing excellence in Vietnamese and international design. Celebrated projects from across the globe will be honored before a distinguished international jury and global media presence, reinforcing Vietnam’s emergence as a serious voice within contemporary design culture.

VMARK Vietnam Design Week | DESIGNITY is organized in collaboration with VIFA EXPO, empowered by the Vietnam Design Association, and supported by the Consulate General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City, Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, and Italian Trade Agency.
