Submissions will be evaluated by an expert Jury according to five key criteria: Authenticity, Customer Satisfaction, Online Presence & Engagement, Quality of Service, and Corporate Social Responsibility. However, beyond technical excellence lies a deeper question — how does a hotel transform a guest’s stay into a memory, and how do those memories, in turn, shape the future of global hospitality?
